I always find pleasure in working with people who take the time out to explain to you what is wrong with your vehicle & also find ways to squeeze you in when you're trying to take care of 2 cars at a time. Jason, has been the person ive dealt with every since i brought my cars in. Good choice in people.

Thank you for another remarkable service on my Lexus...it's like my car having a SPA day! It comes back looking and running like a new car. I never worry about being taken advantage of (as someone with no car experience)and Jason rocks.....he has the patience of a Saint in listening to me try to explain what is wrong. You can tell everyone that works there has alot of respect for eachother and takes pride in their, and the fact that most have been there forever confirms the strong business ethic.

I really like the prompt service and the transportation to and from my workplace while they work on my car. The record keeping about my cars service requirements is very good too

Every other car repair shop has grease everywhere and car parts and tools thrown around. Sudley Car Care Center is not typical...it's organized and so clean you could eat off the floor! They are also honest and trustworthy, which also makes them stand out from the rest. They will give you an estimate prior to doing any work, and itemize and explain each expense. They are competitive with the going rate for car repair. They are not the cheapest around, but you can be sure they will not do unnecessary work, and that they repaired what they said. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off Sunday night with a request for an emissions test for Monday. The car was done my 10:00 and the shop did not try to convince me that I needed any repairs or anything done to the car. I appreciate that the shop did what was requested and did not try to pressure me into anything further.

My family has used Sudley Car Care, [SCC] for 15+ yrs. I often travel out of town & depend on SCC to provide timely, & professional & personal auto service to my family. They have NEVER LET US DOWN.We often travel to WV traveling very mountainous roads in severe winter weather. On occasion my wife makes these trips by herself. SCC checks out her vehicle to ensure it is safe & fully capable of making the trip.
