Very professional and courteous

Jenna and her team did an outstanding job from the moment I walked in their facility. They listened and noted carefully my description of the issues my vehicle was exhibiting and told me they would contact me once they assessed the situation. They followed up almost immediately providing me with what damage had occurred and a solution to repair the vehicle. They assisted me further by working directly with my insurance and informing me upfront about all out of pocket expenses I would incur before doing any work on my vehicle. Every time I had a question, I was able to call and speak directly with a team member. And I was pleased that Jenna always kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to that Jenna noticed that my inspection sticker was due to expire at the end of the month so she went ahead and took care of that for me so I wouldn't have to! She also took the time to list all upcoming preventive maintenance I should be aware of giving me the opportunity to plan/prepare for them since that isn't covered by insurance. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and it rides like new! I'm very pleased with this company and most certainly will continue to use their services for all my vehicle needs! I highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
