Since we don't drive nearly as many miles as we used to, I don't go by oil-mileage anymore, but change it on a time-schedule. I had this done recently, as well as a state-safety inspection. Dropped the car off before opening, got a call about a need to get the headlights de-fogged to meet state requirements. Gave the ok, and all work was completed by 4:30. Another nice thing was being picked up to go get the car. Great service.
