Brought the vehicle in for inspection and everything was good to go. No extra charge for ensuring my 12 year old car is still road worthy as I use the vehicle for travel to/from work.

I take all my vehicles to Sudley Car Care Center. Their staff is super nice and professional. I have been very pleased with every service on each of my cars. Their on-line scheduling makes it easy to get an appointment and eliminates wait time.

Jenna is awesome! She will be up front and honest, which is exactly what I think most people look for in a repair shop. You're frustrated already that you are without a vehicle or being told of unexpected and/or costly repairs. Jenna will work with you to understand what needs to be done now and what can be put off till later. This always helps with the overall cost. I have valued this and appreciated! It has also helped me with budgeting for those repairs that I was able to put off for a future date. No other repair shop I've dealt with has done this!

Absolutely the best service and the front desk crew is amazing. They recognize regular customers and will address you by name and they take good care of you. I had a screw embedded in a tire and it was losing air. They got me in right away and had me on my way in less than 25 minutes. I won't go anywhere else for service.

Everyone at the front desk are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. I started going here over 10 years ago and will continue to my parents are the ones who had me take a vehicle there and there’s nothing bad I can say. I’ve have even had to come in last minute and it was no big deal.
