Called Friday afternoon regarding an install of window lift motor, received excellent over the phone customer service and was told I could drop off Monday as they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Completed install in a timely manner and with no surprise fees or adjustments. Incredibly friendly and informative staff and overall made the experience as easy and painless as possible. Bottom line: I Trust Sudley Car Care! During Covid 21, I dropped my car off the night before and gave instructions of what I needed done. They called to let me know of two minor, but important, things that had to be done for state inspection. Picked up car after paying by phone without going inside. Great staff to work with!
