My family has been bringing cars here for years. I just brought in my new car for a safety inspection, which was quick and painless. The staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

I got an oil change and state inspection. Sudley was so fast with both and let me know what I should look at what may need done On the next visit (rear brakes and 60k maintenance). Fantastic customer service as well!

If you are not taking your vehicles to Sudley you are messing up. My family and I have taken our cars here for years and have always had exceptional, quality, and honest service. My most recent experience, however, had convinced me I NEED to write a public review. I have a used car (2016 Toyota Corolla) that I got a few extended warranties on so usually I take to the Toyota dealership but I just need emissions and Inspection so I took it to Sudley. When they called me that it was done they mentioned that they noticed oil on my head gasket and that is definitely something I would want to check out ASAP. The woman at Sudley called Toyota to inquire about a warranty and as soon as she said the year and mileage Toyota said it wouldn’t be covered. She pushed them to actually look it up where they saw all of my extended warranties and that I was still under warranty. She let me know that it could be nothing but I’m probably close to being out of warranty so I should take it to Toyota ASAP bc a head gasket would be really expensive. I took it to Toyota and they said they didn’t think it was the gasket even after they looked at it but since I’m under warranty they would run a pressure test and confirm. Well there wasn’t anything wrong with my head gasket but my engine is leaking oil and they discovered what was wrong and were able to fix it under warranty. The Toyota rep then told me that whoever looked at my car is really really excellent. He said “most people would have never even noticed this”. I know little to nothing about cars, but as soon as he said that I knew I needed to write this review bc even other technicians were impressed by the thorough job done by Sudley! As soon as my car is out of warranty I’ll resume my normal maintenance at Sudley!! TL;DR - get all of your cars serviced at Sudley Car Care !

Again, I have to say I've been totally impressed by the customer service at Sudley Car Care. Starting from the service person at the front desk, Jenna, and the service done on my car, I am a "happy camper." Honesty, attention to detail, very reasonably priced, courteous, along with great service to my car. These are the ingredients that will continue to make me a repeat customer. And it always starts at the top, in this case with Craig. Thank you all for doing a great job!
