Excellent service and honest team.

Through a friend's recommendation, I decided to give Sudley a chance to fix the very pronounced road noise. I knew in advance it was a wheel bearing issue. When I stopped by to ask for a quote Mark Bacon was helpful and friendly so I decided to have my car repair done at Sudley. After the work was completed they even took the time to show me the faulty wheel bearing and why it was making the noise. This extra step in customer service, especially at automotive places, is one way to gain customer's trust. I know, considering this is how I did it when I used to work at an automotive shop a long time ago.

Sudley car care always does a good job on all my car repairs. I feel comfortable with them. I highly recommend them.

Staff is ALWAYS helpful, informative, polite and friendly. They let me know what needs to be done before hand; there are never any surprises concerning my cost!! If I am unable to afford full price, they prioritize for me to keep my vehicle running and the pocketbook in the positive. Love these guys!!!! Should be more like them in this day and age...maybe people would not feel dread when their vehicle needs to be maintained. They do excellent work and honor their word. If I had to go with someone else..I would be hardpressed.

Friendly and thorough staff who definitely puts the customer's interests first. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service for their vehicle. My young drivers now are customers and they're very careful to explain everything to them.

Looking into a locally sold used auto and turned to this shop for an inspection. After thoroughly going over the truck, they gave us very useful insight and information on its road-worthiness and value for a purchase to rely on. Sent a follow up estimate for all possible work to be considered on the vehicle should we wish to get the issues addressed. Would recommend highly for their value, professionalism and completeness.

Honesty and Integrity are words I do not get to use much these days. Having my autos serviced regularly at Sudley Car Care Center has been the exception. The staff recommends what my cars need and nothing more. They will shop around for the best parts at the best price. Their service pros get the job done right the first time, every time.
