Absolutely love this group. They are friendly in a "caring neighbor" sort of way, not a "we're excited to rip you off" way (which is a very important distinction). They take actions to save you money instead of finding leverage to charge you more (for instance, recommending the two tires that were down to the cord be replaced instead of all four tires). I opted to stick around and work on spreadsheets instead of leave and come back later. I got to listen to them politely AND cheerfully take a constant stream of phone calls, got to witness their kindness to people that came in to pick up their cars, and I absolutely loved how any and all of them were sure to explain everything they could about the repairs needed or made on the vehicles. They are genuinely nice people, working as hard as they can, and I loved getting to observe them figuring out ways to help out the variety of customers that dropped off their cars. I can say with great confidence they put customers first. AND, if you're lucky, Ellie the Shitzu will come visit you for cuddles. She is the cutest little pup you've ever met. <3
