I needed the emissions inspection done to renew my registration. I called 7/3, Mike said they were very busy that day, and we made an appointment for 7/6. On the 6th I showed up at the appointed time, and I was on my way home within 30 minutes. Mike also made sure that I knew I could do the rest of my registration process on-line, with no need to go to the DMV office in person. Thank you!
